Our team of Service Experts is committed to professionalism, efficiency, and doing things the right way every time. PositionOverview As our Dispatcher, you are the central hub of daily operations . You'll coordinate technicians, manage the call board, and ensure every client receives timely, professional service. This role is critical to hitting daily revenue goals, maximizing efficiency, and keeping our team aligned. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and dispatch Service Experts to the right jobs at the right time Manage and optimize the daily call board Communicate with technicians throughout the day (15-minute heads up, job status,delays, etc.) Debrief Service experts on completed calls Handle inbound and outbound calls to fill the schedule Work closely with the Service Manager to hit daily revenue targets Reschedule, route, and adjust jobs as needed for maximum efficiency Document all customer interactions and job updates in the CRM Maintain a positive, professional tone with customers and team members Why Join Gubruds Services? Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure Problem solver with a "make it happen" attitude Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service (preferred) Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar CRM softwares is a plus

Pay:

$24.89 - $29.97 per hour
