Part-time (with potential to move to full-time based on performance) Role Overview We are hiring a detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate daily delivery operations and ensure orders are routed, dispatched, and completed accurately and on time. In this role, you will work closely with drivers, customers, and internal teams to maintain a smooth, compliant, and efficient delivery flow. What You'll Do Plan and dispatch deliveries by analyzing order volume, priority, and geographic routing to optimize efficiency and on-time performance Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and keep deliveries on schedule Track active deliveries using GPS and dispatch tools; proactively identify delays and adjust routes as needed Maintain accurate real-time updates for delivery statuses, scheduling changes, and route adjustments Partner with operations and supply chain stakeholders to improve dispatch processes and delivery performance What We're Looking For Strong organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize routes and schedules efficiently Professional communication skills (phone, text, and internal tools) Familiarity with GPS tracking and shipment monitoring workflows Understanding of basic supply chain/logistics concepts (dispatching, routing, capacity planning) Knowledge of cannabis brands and products (or strong willingness to learn quickly) Comfortable working on-site in Sacramento and supporting a live operation Experience handling cash audits, reconciling totals, and reporting discrepancies promptly and accurately.
