Every lead that comes to us Yelp, Google, our website, referrals lands with one person first. That's this role. What you'll do Respond to every inbound lead, fast. Speed is the job; our standard is minutes, not hours. Run the first qualifying call. You're the client's first impression of the company. Keep our CRM (Monday) clean and current, you'll be its primary user and owner. Route qualified projects to the right estimator and keep them moving to proposal. Follow up relentlessly on anything that goes quiet. Most lost deals are just unattended ones. What we're looking for 2+ years in dispatch, scheduling, inside sales, or client coordination Comfortable on the phone with high-net-worth homeowners — warm, composed, no script energy Organized enough to hold 100+ active leads without dropping one CRM experience (GoHighLevel a plus, not required) Construction or home-services background helpful Why it's a good seat: small team, real ownership, direct line to leadership.
