PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Monitor communications systems, receive and document calls for service, dispatch personnel as needed, and maintain accurate incident, activity, and access-related logs. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating notifications with site contacts and emergency responders when appropriate. Monitor building systems, cameras, and access control activity; report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
Minimum Requirements:
At least two years of security-related experience is required. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
