This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys developing people, solving client issues, improving processes, and keeping a fast-moving service operation organized. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and hold the California service dispatch team accountable for performance, communication, and timely completion of work. Schedule team coverage, prioritize incoming service requests, and keep daily workflows moving efficiently. Serve as the escalation point for key client concerns and build strong relationships with clients and national account partners. Partner with the Operations Manager to resolve issues, improve service delivery, and plan for staffing and workload needs. Oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing development for new and current team members. Monitor response times, service levels, and team performance; identify opportunities to improve. Coordinate communication among office staff, technicians, vendors, and clients from dispatch through invoicing. What We're Looking For Proven experience leading, coaching, or supervising a service, operations, dispatch, or customer-facing team. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and respond professionally to escalated client needs. A collaborative, accountable leadership style with a customer-first mindset. Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
