Williams Tank Lines is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Fuel Dispatcher to join our team at our terminal office in Stockton, California. As a Fuel Dispatcher, you will play an important role in coordinating the safe and efficient transportation and delivery of petroleum products to our customers. You will work closely with drivers, customers, and internal teams to keep operations moving around the clock. Williams Tank Lines supports fuel transportation operations throughout California, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, and Washington. Why Join Williams Tank Lines? 100% Employee-Owned Company (ESOP) 4 consecutive days off every rotation Excellent work-life balance Predictable and consistent schedule Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off Stable employment with an established transportation company Opportunity to build a career in fuel transportation and logistics Work with an experienced team supporting fuel transportation operations throughout California, Nevada, Arizona, Oregon, and Washington What You'll Do As a Fuel Dispatcher, you will: Coordinate the daily movement and delivery of petroleum products Receive and manage a high volume of incoming calls Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal departments Plan and coordinate routes Monitor fuel deliveries, inventory, and transportation activity Utilize transportation and dispatch systems, including TMW Suite and PeopleNet Review and audit electronic driver logs Perform accurate data entry and maintain operational records Use email, web-based systems, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook Respond to changing operational needs and resolve problems quickly Help ensure transportation activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and applicable DOT and Hours of Service requirements What We're Looking For Previous dispatch, fuel transportation, logistics, or trucking experience preferred Knowledge of the petroleum or trucking industry preferred DOT and Hours of Service knowledge preferred Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable and reliable work ethic Ready to Become an Owner?
