Purpose We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented CSR/Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technicians, customers, and customer service representatives, providing exceptional support and coordination. Your ability to communicate clearly, manage schedules, and analyze information will be critical in resolving technician inquiries, managing client appointments, and assisting customer service representatives with scheduling. Key Responsibilities Monitor and manage dispatch and personal email throughout the day Oversee and maintain the dispatch board in real-time Manage and prioritize daily tasks efficiently Review booked jobs to ensure accuracy and correct technician assignment Contact customers with updates regarding their appointments Reschedule or delay service calls as needed Schedule jobs when required parts are available Answer and manage the tech line in a professional manner Monitor and address flags on the dispatch board Maintain a schedule that is always at least three days ahead Manage and respond to estimate-related emails Review, attempt to schedule, or cancel on-hold jobs as necessary Send out daily parts emails to appropriate team members Address technician requests in a timely manner Taking inbound calls and book jobs as (back up) Dispatch technicians to job sites accurately and efficiently Use Google Maps to optimize routing for technicians Adjust technician routes based on availability and job priority Qualifications Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or a call center environment (preferred) Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Must have ServiceTitan experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Capable of prioritizing tasks to meet daily deadlines
