Location Centennial, CO Schedule Full-Time, Part-Time, and Flex Positions Available Shift Availability Overnight Shift (00:00 to 08:00) Weekend Availability Required Reliance Security Services is seeking motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our Camera Monitoring System (CMS) and Dispatch Operations Center . This position serves as the communications hub for field operations, providing real-time support to security officers, monitoring client camera systems, coordinating emergency responses, and maintaining operational awareness throughout Colorado. Successful candidates are dependable, organized, calm under pressure, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Minimum Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age Valid Colorado Driver License with a clean driving record Reliable transportation Ability to pass a comprehensive background investigation and drug screening Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems Ability to type accurately while communicating by phone and radio Open availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime Preferred Qualifications Security, dispatch, public safety, military, law enforcement, or emergency communications experience Experience with CCTV or camera monitoring systems Experience using radio communications Multi-line phone system experience Experience with incident reporting and documentation CPR/AED & First Aid certification Excellent customer service and de-escalation skills Responsibilities Monitor live CCTV and camera systems for multiple client locations Dispatch security officers to incidents and service requests Maintain continuous radio and telephone communications with field personnel Monitor officer activity and accountability throughout each shift Receive and document alarms, emergencies, and client requests Coordinate responses with supervisors, emergency services, and clients as appropriate Complete detailed dispatch logs and incident documentation Maintain accurate records of officer activity and client communications Escalate emergencies to appropriate personnel in accordance with company procedures Support field supervisors with staffing updates and operational information Monitor email, scheduling software, and internal communication platforms Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and operational information Work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-monitor operations center What We Offer $19.00-$21.00 per hour Full-time, part-time, and flex opportunities Flexible scheduling Modern operations center environment Ongoing training and professional development Opportunities for advancement into Dispatch Leadership, Field Supervision, and Operations Management Supportive leadership team with clear career advancement opportunities Apply Today To expedite the interview process, please email your resume to: Emileo Rojas emileo.rojas@reliancesecurityusa.com
