Full Job Description Job Summary:
The Facility Service Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients through timely and detailed management of service requests from start to finish. Effective communication is essential in this role, including consistently following up with subcontractors and keeping customers up to date at all times on their service request(s).
Responsibilities:
Schedule, coordinate, and manage maintenance activities for our client's facilities Oversee service calls from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget Build strong relationships with clients and vendors serving as their point of contact for issues and providing prompt and effective resolution to inquiries and concerns professionally Prepare and submit customer quotations with urgency while being able to properly prioritize emergency situations, routine services, and scheduled work orders Dispatch work orders to the appropriate subcontractor while being mindful of price and lead time Maintain accurate records and documentation for all service calls Work with subcontractors to set time and cost constraints while helping to implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the service Other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Must be able to work a rotating on-call or alternate schedule Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain customer relationships Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent Customer service experience required
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
