Service Coordinator/Dispatcher

Job Description

Schedule:
8am
  • 5pm, Monday through
Friday Location:
Louisville Job Title:
Service Coordinator/Dispatcher Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming service calls
  • Dispatch service personnel
  • Data entry using special systems
  • Manages the scheduling and routing of HVAC service requests for a company
  • Play a critical role in ensuring that an HVAC company's field-service operations run smoothly
Expected Results:
Accurate and efficient scheduling and dispatching of service techs
Skills Required:
Thorough understanding of basic computer skills, excellent phone manner and customer service skills, efficient time management and organization
Experience Required:
Previous dispatch experience/service coordination experience
Qualities Required:
Great organization, communication, and prioritization skills, reliable and punctual, ability to manage customer service calls
Education Requirements:
HS diploma preferred
Physical Requirements:
Mostly seated position, ability to work in an office environment, visual acuity and manual dexterity to handle phone calls and computer work
Equipment Used:
Computer, phone, must be willing to take lots of notes!
Pay:
$23.00
  • $25.
00 per hour
