- Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, & Sat (Sun & Wed off) 10:30am-7:30pm Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Manage and closely monitor over 10 to 20 owner operators in high paced LTL environment.
- Familiar with all California DOT transportation regulations.
- Must have knowledge of all National and State DOT laws and regulations.
- Expected to perform at 99.5% on time performance.
- Ensure that work is distributed equally among all drivers.
- Understand all customer pick-up and delivery procedures.
- Drivers are to be reminded daily to drive safe and be aware of their surroundings at all times.
- Drivers are to be reminded periodically of all pick-up and delivery procedures.
- Be able to react to emergency or urgent situations as they occur and follow emergency and/or accident company protocol. Competencies To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Customer Service

Pay Range:
$23.50 per hour- The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position.
