• Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, & Sat (Sun & Wed off) 10:30am-7:30pm Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Manage and closely monitor over 10 to 20 owner operators in high paced LTL environment.
• Familiar with all California DOT transportation regulations.
• Must have knowledge of all National and State DOT laws and regulations.
• Expected to perform at 99.5% on time performance.
• Ensure that work is distributed equally among all drivers.
• Understand all customer pick-up and delivery procedures.
• Drivers are to be reminded daily to drive safe and be aware of their surroundings at all times.
• Drivers are to be reminded periodically of all pick-up and delivery procedures.
• Be able to react to emergency or urgent situations as they occur and follow emergency and/or accident company protocol. Competencies To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Customer Service

Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Transportation Management Systems. Pay Range:

$23.50 per hour

• The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position.

The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.
