Job Responsibilities:

Staff Management & Leadership :

Recruit and build: Hire, develop, and promote a high-energy barista team

Train & Develop:

Develop and coach baristas in coffee knowledge, professionalism, and hospitality. Lead with

Excellence:

set clear expectations and uphold the highest standards across your team

Customer Service :

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service, addressing customer complaints or concerns promptly, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in the coffee shop.

Inventory Management :

Monitor inventory levels on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and place orders based on need.

Financial Management :

Work within the allotted budget of the shop, including payroll, inventory, and other supplies.

Operational Oversight :

Manage and enforce opening and closing procedures, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met Maintain equipment such as espresso machine and icemaker.

Quality Control :

Ensure that all products served meet quality standards, including the taste and presentation of food and beverages.

Compliance and Safety :

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as any other applicable laws and regulations governing the operation of a food service establishment.

Administrative Tasks :

Oversee payroll processing. Upload and update menus on delivery services.

Continuous Improvement :

Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall performance of the coffee shop. Pay:

$40,000.00 - $51,000.00 per year
