Lindsey Limousine is looking for a dependable, customer-service-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Weekend Travel Coordinator / Reservation & Dispatch Agent . This is an ideal position for someone looking to earn extra income while working a convenient Saturday and Sunday morning/early afternoon schedule — and still having most of the weekend afternoon and evening free. We are looking for a self-starter who is independent, motivated, organized, detail-oriented and confident working with customers. What You'll Be Doing Answer incoming telephone calls and assist customers with questions Provide pricing and transportation quotes Take and enter customer reservations accurately Assist with light dispatching and last-minute schedule changes Communicate with chauffeurs and reservation staff Monitor scheduled transportation and help keep the operation running smoothly Handle multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment Provide friendly, professional and confident customer service The Ideal Candidate You should be able to: Manage multiple tasks while staying organized and accurate Work independently and make good decisions Communicate clearly, professionally and articulately Remain calm and confident when plans or schedules change Type quickly and accurately Navigate computer programs comfortably and have above-average computer skills Pay close attention to details Work cooperatively with customers, chauffeurs and other team members Treat people with kindness, professionalism and respect Experience in the travel, transportation, dispatch, hotel, hospitality, logistics or customer-service industries is a plus.
