Position Responsibilities:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; Teams, Excel, and Outlook primarily. Answer and respond to incoming phone calls and samsara messages from drivers. Adhere to defined processes and procedures as outlined by the GM of Dedicated Operations. Ensure route drivers are checked in and accounted for during each working shift. Attempt to cover routes due to unplanned absences and communicate accordingly. Communicate trailer mechanical issues to Kim Wells or Vascor Transport Maintenance depending upon terminal location. Work with drivers to help resolve any issues that may arise. Document information on the daily shift summary. Continually introduce best practices and drive operational excellence. Perform any other duties as assigned. Update, add or change the daily schedules. Communicate the changes in the shift summary.
