Position Details Position:

Alarm Monitoring Dispatcher Schedule:

Full-Time Overnight Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)This position follows a rotating schedule, which includes a combination of weekdays and weekends. Team members should expect to work some weekends as part of the regular rotation.

Starting Pay:

$17.00 per hour What You'll Do Monitor and respond to residential and commercial alarm activations. Notify customers and emergency responders when alarms occur. Answer inbound calls related to alarm activity. Accurately document information while following established procedures. Remain calm, professional, and efficient during emergency situations. Deliver exceptional customer service while protecting the safety of our subscribers. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Professional telephone etiquette. Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in fast-paced situations. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
