Our mission is to ensure lifesaving organs reach patients in need — fast, safely, and efficiently. We are currently seeking a Dispatcher to join our operations team in the Brandon/Tampa, Florida area.

Position Summary:

As a Dispatcher, you will play a key role in coordinating real-time air and ground logistics for organ transports. You must be able to think clearly under pressure , multi-task effectively , and communicate professionally with aviation crews, transplant teams, and medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and coordinate organ transport missions nationwide Dispatch aircraft and ground transportation based on flight plans and medical team schedules Maintain clear and accurate communications with pilots, drivers, and client representatives Track time-critical logistics in real-time using dispatch software and flight tracking tools Document operational activity and ensure compliance with internal protocols

Qualifications:

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to perform well in a fast-paced , time-sensitive environment Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Proficient in basic computer applications (dispatching platforms, email, spreadsheets) Prior experience in dispatch , aviation , medical logistics , or public safety is a plus Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays (24/7 operation)
