We are a growing Central Florida property management company looking for a Maintenance Operations, Dispatch & Logistics Coordinator to help keep our maintenance department running efficiently. This is not just a desk or data-entry position . You'll be the organizational hub connecting residents, our Field Maintenance Supervisor, technicians, vendors, and suppliers—making sure Work Orders are scheduled, followed up on, documented, and completed. What You'll Do Manage and track Work Orders from request through completion Coordinate and dispatch maintenance requests with the Field Maintenance Supervisor Organize daily schedules, appointments, property access, and logistics Help plan efficient technician routes and minimize unnecessary trips Communicate with residents regarding appointments and repair status Coordinate vendors, contractors, materials, parts, and approved purchases Follow up on pending and delayed Work Orders— nothing should fall through the cracks Identify scheduling conflicts, missing materials, delays, and other problems before they impact operations Maintain accurate invoices, receipts, vendor records, photos, and maintenance documentation Prepare maintenance reports and Section 8 documentation when required Escalate emergencies and situations requiring management decisions Help identify better ways to improve scheduling, workflow, costs, and efficiency Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Extremely organized and detail-oriented A natural dispatcher, planner, and problem solver Proactive—you anticipate what needs to happen next Excellent at multitasking and following through Comfortable coordinating technicians, residents, vendors, and contractors Strong with computers, email, spreadsheets, and Work Order systems Calm and organized when priorities suddenly change Comfortable working independently while knowing when to escalate an issue Experience in property management, maintenance coordination, dispatching, construction, facilities, logistics, or service operations is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus. Important to Know This position coordinates the administrative, dispatch, and logistical side of maintenance. The Field Maintenance Supervisor directs the technicians and determines field priorities. You will work closely together to keep the department organized and moving efficiently.
