Review all jobs with ac technicians when they call in and make any necessary notes and/or order parts, if needed. Invoice the customer. Take incoming calls. Make outbound calls. Schedule clients. Invoice, send and take payments from clients. Prepare quotes. Computer skills are necessary. Must be able to problem solve and multi-task. You must be able to demonstrate your worth, including the responsibilities and skills listed here, before asking for a pay increase.
