Overview:

We are looking for a motivated agent to join our team. Our agents are required to have a strong knowledge of dispatching, multi-line phones, data entry, excellent customer service via telephone/email/etc. Below are listed duties and qualities sought.

Duties:

Answer calls with professionalism and courtesy Communicate with drivers and customers by telephone and email Perform data entry tasks Coordinate routes and schedules to determine best routes for drivers and clients considering factors like distance and traffic Optimize routes to maximize efficiency, minimize fuel cost, and reduce transit time.

Qualifications :

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize duties Previous office experience or scheduling experience Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues Familiarity with time management practices to prioritize tasks effectively Typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation Knowledge of the area (Southwest FL) Have a high energy level and commitment to assigned tasks Must be able to pass drug test and background check
