Saturday Remote Job Type:
Full-Time Empire Cable Communications is looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated 1099 Coordinator / Dispatcher to manage daily operations for an assigned cable technician market. This position requires someone who can communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and management while staying on top of daily work orders, billing, payroll, and field issues. Responsibilities Dispatch technicians and manage daily routes/workloads for your assigned market. Monitor technicians throughout the day and assist with any issues that may arise in the field. Ensure all technicians' work is properly closed out and billed daily . Review work orders for accuracy and make sure the correct billing information and codes are submitted. Answer technician calls and provide support as needed. Assist with customer calls, scheduling, questions, and service-related concerns. Attend and actively participate in team meetings via Microsoft Teams. Complete and submit weekly payroll for your assigned team . Communicate with management regarding technician performance, scheduling, pending work, and operational issues. Maintain organized and accurate records for your market. Requirements Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Strong communication and organizational skills. Must be comfortable working with technicians and customers over the phone. Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced workload. Must be dependable, responsible, and able to follow through on daily tasks. Basic computer skills and ability to learn company systems. Cable/telecommunications or dispatching experience is preferred but not required .

9:00 AM-5:00 PM —
In Office Saturday:
Remote Compensation Starting salary: $900 per week We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their market, communicates well with their team, and makes sure daily operations are completed accurately and on time.
