Position Summary Divinity TGL Protection & Transportation is seeking a reliable, alert, and professional Part-Time Security Dispatcher to support our security operations and officers in the field. The Dispatcher serves as a central point of communication between security officers, supervisors, clients, and management. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and the ability to accurately document and track security activity. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Monitor and maintain communication with security officers throughout assigned shifts. Dispatch officers to calls for service, incidents, and other security-related needs. Receive and respond to calls, radio communications, texts, and other operational communications. Monitor officer locations, patrol activity, and assigned posts as required. Maintain accurate logs of officer activity, calls, incidents, and shift information. Receive and document incident reports and other information from officers. Notify supervisors of incidents, emergencies, staffing concerns, or other issues requiring attention. Contact law enforcement, fire, medical, or other emergency services when appropriate. Assist officers with obtaining information needed to respond to incidents. Monitor assigned properties and locations through available security systems or communication platforms. Communicate professionally with clients, residents, property management, officers, and supervisors. Track officer attendance, post coverage, and schedule-related issues as directed. Ensure important information is properly communicated between shifts. Follow company policies, dispatch procedures, client requirements, and supervisor instructions. Maintain confidentiality of company, client, employee, and incident information. Perform other administrative and dispatch-related duties as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous dispatch, security, communications, customer service, or administrative experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to remain calm, professional, and organized during stressful situations. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to accurately document information and maintain detailed records. Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software and communication systems. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential. Must be comfortable working independently and making sound decisions within established procedures. Must be able to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Preferred Experience Security dispatch experience Security officer experience Military or law enforcement communications experience Experience with two-way radios Experience monitoring GPS or officer tracking systems Experience with incident reporting or security management software Knowledge of security operations and emergency response procedures Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, attentive, and comfortable communicating with multiple people at once .
