Job Description

Customer Account & Dispatch Coordinator Main Purpose:

Owns the customer-facing side: sales, customer service, quotes, scheduling, dispatch, account coordination, customer updates, and job coordination. Rental calls, quotes, deliveries, weekly service scheduling, pickups, events, customer updates, and service coordination.

Core Responsibilities:

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers. In this role, you'll: Turn leads into customers by answering calls, following up on quotes, and booking rentals. Keep customers informed with updates, ETAs, and quick solutions to any issues. Coordinate schedules, routes, and daily operations to keep jobs running smoothly. Accurately enter job details and maintain customer accounts. Help grow the business by recommending dumpsters or portable toilets when customers need both. Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
