Dispatch Coordinator / Trucking Dispatcher

Overview EER Transportation LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Dispatch Coordinator to join our growing logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating freight, managing driver schedules, and ensuring timely and efficient deliveries. Your communication skills and attention to detail will play a key role in maintaining smooth transportation operations and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch drivers for pickups and deliveries across assigned routes Communicate with drivers to provide load details, updates, and route instructions Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays or issues Coordinate with brokers, shippers, and customers to secure and manage loads Maintain accurate records of loads, routes, and driver activity Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) and load boards to plan shipments Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies Support freight tracking, documentation, and reporting Requirements Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or trucking operations preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with load boards, TMS systems, and basic logistics processes Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Reliable and team-oriented Preferred Qualifications Experience working with owner-operators or fleet drivers Knowledge of freight rates, lanes, and route planning Familiarity with ELD systems and DOT compliance requirements Bilingual (English/Russian or Spanish) is a plus Why Join EER Transportation LLC? Pay:

$25.00 - $29.00 per hour
