Job Responsibilities
  • 1. Communicate with various trucking companies to arrange and oversee truck transfer operations between the ATA and ASCAN stages
  • 2. Maintain and update the truck scheduling spreadsheet, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Monitor and ensure the punctuality, arrival rate, and load efficiency of truck departures
  • Optimize trucking scheduling costs while maintaining operational efficiency
  • 3. Ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency in truck dispatch and transfer operations
  • Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors. Requirements
  • 1. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. 2. Proven experience in dispatching or a related field is preferred. 3. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions quickly. 4. Familiarity with GIS systems and GPS technology is a plus
  • Knowledge of transportation planning principles and fleet management practices.
5. Proficient in using software for logistics management and Microsoft Excel. 6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 7. A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.

$20.00
