Job Description
Position Overview:
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing customer service, coordination, and administrative responsibilities. You will play a key role in supporting both our customers and field technicians.Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch technicians to residential and commercial service calls Answer incoming customer calls and assess service needs Research customer alarm systems and service history Create and manage service tickets within company software Perform general office and administrative tasks, including: Collection calls Processing cancellation requests Scanning and organizing documents Additional duties as assignedQualifications:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and remain focused in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Basic computer and typing skills required High School Diploma or equivalent required Prior dispatching experience is a plus, but not requiredSchedule:
Monday through Friday, approximately 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (flexibility required) Why Join Us?
