• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming and sanitary environment for our guests and staff. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and customer service.

• Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all areas of the facility, including guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces, to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, and ironing of linens and clothing.
• Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and carpet cleaning machines, to ensure the facility is thoroughly cleaned and maintained.
• Conduct floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing, to maintain the facility's appearance and safety.
• Use a variety of cleaning products to ensure the facility is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
• Handle guest requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.
• Collaborate with other housekeeping staff members to achieve a seamless and efficient cleaning process.

• Experience:

• Previous housekeeping experience is required, preferably in a hotel or commercial setting.
• Experience with hotel housekeeping management and floor care is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy objects is necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent education is required.

• Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with residential and commercial cleaning is a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing procedures and products.
• Ability to use cleaning equipment and follow safety protocols.
• Proficiency in carpet cleaning techniques.
• Ability to handle laundry duties efficiently and effectively.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
