The Opportunity As a Dispatcher, you'll play a critical role in our daily operations by coordinating service calls and matching the right technician to the right job at the right time. This position requires excellent communication, sound decision-making, and the ability to balance changing priorities while delivering an outstanding experience for both customers and technicians. What You'll Do  Evaluate incoming service calls and prioritize work based on urgency.  Dispatch the appropriate technician for each service call.  Communicate accurate job information to field technicians.  Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules throughout the day.  Keep customers informed with timely updates regarding technician arrival and job status.  Record, document, and manage service calls accurately.  Work closely with Customer Service Representatives, technicians, and leadership to maximize efficiency.  Follow up with customers to ensure 5 star service. What We're Looking For  Previous dispatching experience preferred, ideally within the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services industry.  Excellent communication and customer service skills.  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.  Ability to prioritize changing workloads in a fast-paced environment.  High attention to detail.  Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.  Professional phone and computer skills.  Experience with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro or similar dispatch software is a plus.  Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
