Dispatcher•Residential Electrical Services Sergeants Electrical |

North Port, FL Pay:

$19•25 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM•4:30

PM On-Call:

Rotating after-hours and weekend on-call schedule Sergeants Electrical is looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Dispatcher to join our growing team. As our Dispatcher, you'll play a critical role in keeping our field team running efficiently while ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience from the first phone call to the completion of the job. What You'll Do Dispatch and schedule residential electrical service calls efficiently Optimize technician routes to maximize productivity Communicate with customers regarding appointment times and updates Coordinate with technicians throughout the day to ensure smooth operations Manage emergency calls and adjust schedules as priorities change Support the service team by maintaining accurate job information Work closely with customer service, sales, and management to deliver an exceptional customer experience Participate in a rotating after-hours and weekend on-call schedule What We're Looking For 2+ years of dispatching experience (home service industry preferred) Experience in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or another residential service trade is a strong plus Service Titan experience is highly preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Dependable, detail-oriented, and a true team player Proficient with computers and scheduling software Compensation & Benefits $19•25 per hour , depending on experience Monday-Friday schedule Rotating on-call schedule Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays Ongoing training and professional development Career advancement opportunities within a growing company Positive, team-oriented work environment If you're looking for a long-term career with a company that values teamwork, customer service, and professional growth, we'd love to hear from you.
