Full-Time / Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays)
Hours:
8:00am-5:00pm or 10:00am-8:00pm Employer Will Conduct Background Check, Drug Screen, and Motor Vehicle Check As a Dispatcher you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate customer calls and match the right technician to every job. Learn the business and learn how to prioritize the most urgent customer calls. Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the technicians in the field. Record and report the service calls. Provide one-on-one training of new dispatchers. Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional. Update customers throughout the day on the technician's progress.
Skills & Experience:
Valid driver's license. 9 months experience preferred. Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and MVR check. Proficient with IT systems, phone systems, and CRM software; strong typing skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment. If you can achieve the above and you find it fun and challenging - you have just the right amount.
