Position Requirements:

Must be able to perform office duties such as answering/receiving calls, processing job invoices, keeping up with emails, typing job quotes as directed, etc. Process and verify weekly timesheets and submit to payroll dept. Be one of the initial points of contact to communicate effectively between customers and management to properly quote and schedule jobs. Dispatch operators and other employees. Communicate proper additional job equipment requirements for other employees to be ready for jobs. Assist in other activities and duties as assigned by the manager. Work every other Saturday morning 9 am-12noon; on-call if required. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Be organized and able to multitask. Minimum of 1 year work experience as a dispatcher. Excellent MS Office skills; Excel preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Able to plan, prioritize, problem-solve, and adapt to change. Must be reliable and flexible. Full time position with overtime as needed. Must be able to pass a drug screen, fit for duty, and background check. EOE/Drug Free Workplace.
