Job Title:
Delivery Service Dispatcher Job Description The Delivery Service Dispatcher supports daily operations by generating cases for billing disputes and coordinating service for CO2 tanks. This role involves logging incoming calls, creating and managing service tickets, scheduling and dispatching service technicians, and assisting with billing issues, gas refills, and equipment safety concerns. The dispatcher ensures accurate data entry, timely follow-up, and clear communication with customers and internal teams. New hires complete a structured training program that includes three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on training with a supervisor to build confidence and proficiency. Responsibilities Log incoming customer calls accurately and promptly in the system. Create and manage service tickets for billing disputes and CO2 tank service requests. Schedule and dispatch service personnel for CO2 tank deliveries, gas refills, and equipment service. Assist customers with billing disputes by generating cases and routing them for resolution. Coordinate logistics for service calls to ensure efficient routing and timely completion. Perform manual order entry for customer requests and service needs. Maintain accurate records of calls, tickets, and service activities. Support equipment safety efforts by documenting and escalating safety-related issues. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, technicians, and internal teams. Use basic computer navigation and Microsoft Office tools to manage daily tasks. Follow established procedures and training guidelines to ensure consistent service quality. Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with team members and leadership to resolve issues and improve processes. Essential Skills Customer service experience with a focus on clear and professional communication. Dispatch or logistics coordination experience, including scheduling and routing. Proficiency with manual order entry and clerical tasks. Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules as required. Effective interpersonal skills to work with customers and internal teams. Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. Additional Skills & Qualifications Prior experience in a dispatch, logistics, or call center environment. Experience handling billing disputes or customer account issues. Background in order entry or administrative support roles. Comfort working in a structured environment with defined processes and procedures. Interest in long-term growth opportunities and career advancement within a growing organization. Work Environment This position is based onsite in an air-conditioned office environment in Stuart, FL, within a collaborative and supportive team setting. The role offers a comprehensive training program, including three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on training with a supervisor. Multiple full-time schedules are available, including shifts such as 6:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m., as well as 11:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m., with varying days off that may include weekdays and weekends. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stuart, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
