Dispatcher Elite Guard - 2.9 Sunny Isles Beach, FL Job Details Full-time $19.00 - $19.50 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Qualifications Spanish Serving clients English High school diploma or GED Dispatching Class D Security Security Individual consumer customer service Full Job Description Elite Guard and Patrol Services is in search of an experienced Security Dispatcher in the Sunny Isles Beach areas. These positions require a Class D Security License from the State of Florida. We have one (1) position available at this time! We are looking for motivated individuals who can deliver a five-star customer service experience for our clients while maintaining a safe and secure environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Dispatcher:

Find coverage for call outs, dispatch field supervisors to posts, monitor CCTV camera systems, find coverage for special details, check in non-24 hour posts and ensure officers have clocked in on duty. Must possess high level customer service and customer care skills.

REQUIREMENTS

MUST have previous dispatch experience Must possess a valid State of Florida Class D Unarmed Security Officer License (classes offered) Must have the ability to deliver exceptional customer service Must be able to clearly communicate in English. Spanish not required, but a plus Minimum High School Diploma / GED Equivalent Well groomed and capable of performing all physical requirements Pass an extensive background check (criminal record, driving record, drug testing, unemployment/workers compensation claims, etc.)

SALARY:

$19.00 - $19.50 / hour+ depending on assignment and experience/skills All applicants will receive an interview upon completion of the application. Professional attire is required. Applicants are also encouraged to bring a current resume. Applications are accepted Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm in our Sunny Isles Beach office located at 17070 Collins Ave Suite 263, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160. •Bring your Class D Security License, driver's license/state identification, and your Social Security card (and Green Card/Work Auth, if applicable)•
