Pre-Employment Background Check, Motor Vehicle Report Review & Drug Screen Key Responsibilities:
Assign repair orders to technicians based on skill level, efficiency, and availability Monitor shop workflow and technician productivity to maintain an even, efficient workload Communicate effectively with Service Advisors, Technicians, and the Parts Department Review repair orders for accuracy, completeness, and proper MPI/video documentation Track vehicle status and provide updates to advisors on progress or delays Assist with quality control and time management on shop repairs Maintain a clean and organized dispatch area Support leadership in achieving departmental goals for productivity, CSI, and efficiency
Qualifications:
Prior technician experience or extensive automotive repair knowledge is required Proven ability to manage shop workflow and prioritize repairs Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills Knowledge of warranty procedures and repair order documentation Familiarity with CDK or similar DMS software preferred Positive attitude, team-player mindset, and attention to detail
