What You'll Do:

As a Transportation Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of product across all bulk plant locations. You will coordinate daily logistics, maintain accurate inventory records, and support driver accountability while ensuring compliance with DOT regulations. Your ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, and solve problems quickly will directly impact operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispatch and coordinate daily deliveries for all bulk plant locations Maintain accurate inventory levels, including daily entry of stick readings Complete pre- and post-invoicing from start to finish Track and document all dispatched deliveries Hold bobtail drivers accountable for daily performance and paperwork submission Audit and verify driver paperwork for accuracy and timeliness Oversee maintenance scheduling and performance of bobtail and wholesale trucks Ensure all vehicles remain compliant with DOT regulations Deliver excellent customer service in all interactions

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and interpret maps/routes Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong work ethic and reliability. Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Effective communication and coordination skills Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly

Preferred:
