RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor and maintain heavy email traffic Provide updates to customers via phone & email Track & trace a variety of loads and ensure delivery Manage drivers to meet on-time requirements and efficiency levels Maintain and dispatch load assignments to drivers Collaborate with internal department to resolve issues Enter and update load information into AS400 Analyze weekly score cards Create weekly logistics reports Manage multiple customer web portals 2nd Shift - hours Monday through Friday 3:00pm to 11:00pm Assist with other requests made of the Operations Department

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, has excellent organizational skills, and possess the ability to multitask and prioritize Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills Possess proficient computer skills, with an emphasis on Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook and AS400 Prior knowledge of the Trucking/Logistics industry is a plus Tri-National, Inc., a door-to-door transportation service provider moving freight through Mexico, US, and Canada, is growing!
