Friday to Sunday 6:00AM - 6:30PM. Full Time, will be paid as if you worked 40 hours. Overtime available. Pay is $22.00 / HR Yard runs 24/7 This job does require good physical mobility to climb in and out of the truck and Trailers many times a day, as well as raise and lower the landing gear, and deal with Sea Containers. You must have reliable transportation. Some Commercial Driving experience is preferred but not required. (Must have backing skills) You must have a Valid drivers license. Clean Criminal record. Spot trailers for loading, unloading, or staging, ensuring proper placement to optimize yard flow. Conduct routine inspections of trailers for damage or safety issues before moving them into a door or when pulled out of the door. Support safety protocols by monitoring yard activity, adhering to safety guidelines related to commercial driving and equipment operation. Skills Proven experience in truck driving or commercial driving environments with a focus on backing trailers and moving them safely around the yard.
