Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Dispatcher to schedule and dispatch temporary janitorial team members to various locations.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- One (1) year of prior multi-line reception experience or dispatching experience.
- Prior experience scheduling and dispatching 50+ employees.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
- Schedule and dispatch resources, which may be team members, crews, and teams to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs, using telephones and email.
- Ensure timely and efficient movement of team members according to work orders and/or resource schedules.
- Oversee all communications within specifically assigned area(s).
- Record and maintain files and records of dispatch information including temporary employee time and schedules.
- Confer with ABM supervisors and team members to address questions, problems, and requests for temporary coverage.
- Compile statistics and reports on work progress.
- Other duties as assigned.
