Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, where you will monitor communications, coordinate security-related activity, document incidents, and help maintain organized response efforts. AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor radios, phones, alarms, cameras, and/or other communication systems, and relay information to appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner. Document incidents, service calls, and unusual activity, and maintain accurate logs, reports, and dispatch records for the location. Coordinate routine and urgent requests for assistance by prioritizing calls, assigning resources, and communicating updates to on-site teams and/or leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, while supporting security-related operations within a dynamic aerospace and defense location.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess 1 or more years of law enforcement experience or 2 or more years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 or more years of security-related experience. Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED. Be 21 or more years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
