Dispatcher TowComm is a centralized dispatch center in Davenport, IA seeking qualified candidates. TowComm dispatches for 3 local towing companies, Cantrell's Towing, Fred's Towing, and Quad City Towing. Candidates should poses strong customer service skills and be eager to work and learn. Someone who is committed and looking to be a part of our team long-term.

QUALIFICATIONS + JOB DUTIES

Ideal candidates will have previous dispatching experience, but we are willing to train the right person. Candidates will need to effectively communicate between drivers, customers and management. This position will also need to delegate work amongst drivers, run credit card transactions, perform some data entry and perform other duties as assigned by management.
