About the Role We're looking for an organized, dependable person who wants to build a career in trucking and logistics. This is a great entry point into the industry — no prior experience needed. You'll learn the business from the ground up while handling load entry, customer communication, and driver support. What You'll Do Enter and update load information accurately in our system (data entry) Contact customers to confirm details, provide updates, and resolve questions Communicate with drivers to troubleshoot issues on the road (delays, appointment changes, paperwork, etc.) Track shipments from pickup to delivery and flag problems early Keep records organized and up to date Escalate urgent issues to the right team member when needed What We're Looking For No trucking/logistics background required — we will train the right person Good typing skills with strong speed and accuracy — you'll be entering load and shipment data throughout the day Comfortable using a computer and learning new software (spreadsheets, dispatch/TMS systems) Strong attention to detail and comfortable with repetitive data entry Clear, professional phone and written communication skills Calm under pressure — issues come up daily, and we need someone who can stay level-headed and problem-solve Reliable, punctual, and coachable — this is a starting-point role with room to grow High school diploma or equivalent Nice to Have (Not Required) Customer service or call center experience Familiarity with Excel or general office software Interest in transportation, supply chain, or logistics as a long-term career path
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
