POSITION SUMMARY

• Work directly with customers to enter orders via phone, email, walk-in's using order processing software (Business Central)
• Read and interpret take-off's to convert into orders
• Pricing review and communication to customers
• Processing returns
• Assist customers with queries and complaints
• Work with other office staff to ensure a smooth experience for customers

REQUIREMENTS / CERTIFICATION / OTHER

• Experience in order administration / dispatch roles (3 years minimum)
• Experience in underground sewer and drainage industry
• Excellent interpersonal & organization skills
• Extreme attention to detail
• Understanding of basic inventory management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to collaborate with office staff and customers
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Business Central, Excel, Word, Email etc.)
• Must work an occasional Saturday (once/month during busy season)
• High School diploma / Associates degree preferred
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test

PAY / BENEFITS

• $80k (Negotiable based on experience) + Bonus (Dependent upon performance)
