A service-driven Room Service Order Taker who creates memorable in-room dining experiences with precision and warmth. You'll be the voice behind the phone, guiding guests through menus, upselling with confidence, and ensuring every detail is perfect. This role is all about blending efficiency with hospitality-delivering seamless coordination between guests, kitchen, and service teams to exceed expectations.

What You'll Do :
Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, following Loews Hotels' service standards. Accurately record food and beverage orders in the POS system and confirm details with guests. Provide menu guidance, suggest enhancements, and highlight specials to elevate the guest experience. Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and room service attendants to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Handle special requests, dietary needs, and additional amenities with care and professionalism. Maintain organized logs of orders, calls, and special instructions. Assist with inventory tracking for menus, promotional materials, and supplies. Address guest concerns and resolve issues or escalate when necessary. Regular attendance in conformance with standards. May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs. Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings. Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications Include :
Knowledge of food and beverage terminology, ability to learn upselling and order taking procedures. Exceptional guest service and telephone skills. Computer skills, ability to operate basic office equipment. Effective organizational and communications skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. The wage for this position is $25.05.
