Job Responsibility:

Manage the day-to-day dispatch Provide customer service communication to address client requests, inquiries, and issue resolution. Receive and enter load assignments from customer. Pro-actively communicate and coordinate with sales and terminal manager if there are any loads that we cannot cover for any reason. Send dispatch instructions to drivers, and confirm that they have received and understand the instructions. Revise and res send instructions as needed. Confirm loads are picked up and delivered on time. Maintain and schedule washing of trailers/equipment as needed. Provide prompt notification to company group as issues arise. Communicate with drivers throughout the load transit to build good relationship. Resolve driver conflicts, problems, and requests with respect. Expected in office hours will be Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. These are subject to minor adjustments to better fit dispatch productivity if needed. Take phone calls and emails outside of normal business hours and flexibility in schedule to meet operational needs. Follow, schedule and dispatch equipment to ensure properly maintained
