Dispatcher-In -Office/ Des Plaines,IL Max Power Transport Inc . is growing, and we are looking for a motivated Dispatcher to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position in Des Plaines, Illinois. We are looking for someone who is organized, responsible, communicates well, and wants to grow in the transportation industry.

Responsabilities:

Communicate with drivers throughout the day Coordinate and manage loads Work with brokers and customers Track pickups and deliveries Solve day-to-day transportation issues Maintain clear communication and accurate information Work closely with the dispatch and operations team

Requirements:

Previous dispatch experience or dispatch training is preferred Candidates with strong office experience and motivation to learn may also be considered Good communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Reliable and responsible

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-4:40
