Job Summary Prepare schedules (production and transportation schedules), coordinate delivery activity, verify loads to ensure customers' requirements are met, and assist in ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory agencies. Job Responsibilities Approve and manage all outside haulers Prepare delivery schedules Coordinate with loading crew for the next day deliveries Verify product inventory levels Performs all tasks necessary to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory agencies Handle purchasing responsibilities which include purchasing all items needed for the operation of plant and plant offices while ensuring that the vendors provide quality service, products and the best available prices Reviews success of previous orders to determine extent to which inventory should be replenished and to negotiate prices Other duties as assigned Job Requirements Experience in the field or related area is required at least 1 year of experience preferred Knowledge of crane truck capabilities and jobsite deliveries Must be an organized, selfstarter, with a detail oriented personality Some mechanical experience with vehicles and trucks Knowledge of local geography and roads to establish travel times Strong problem solving and analytical ability Ability to negotiate with vendors concerning product prices Excellent verbal and written communication skills at a supervisory level Proficient in basic Microsoft Office programs (word, excel, outlook) Good attendance and positive attitude a must Compensation The hourly rate is $32/hr 401(k) plan​ / group retirement savings program​ Short-term and long-term disability benefits​​ Life insurance​ Health, dental, and vision insurance​ Paid time off ​ Paid holidays What CRH Offers You Highly competitive base pay Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs Group retirement savings program Health and wellness programs An inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRH CRH has a long and proud heritage.
