We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our dispatch operations and ensure our customers receive timely, responsive service. This role will work with our team of dispatchers, manage the daily scheduling and routing of field crews and project managers, and ensure that all customer needs are met with accuracy and urgency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the mitigation department crews and project managers. Support the team of dispatchers, ensuring consistent performance and customer communication. Efficiently schedule and route field crews, project managers, and resources to meet customer and project timelines. Monitor incoming service requests to ensure prompt response and assignment. Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Estimators, and the Operations team to balance workload and priorities. Track job progress and adjust scheduling as needed to accommodate emergencies or project changes. Maintain clear communication between office staff, field teams, and customers.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or operations management (restoration or construction industry preferred). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and communication abilities. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in scheduling software and CRM systems. Customer-service oriented with a focus on problem-solving and accountability.

Schedule:

Tuesday-Saturday

• 10AM-6:30PM OR Sunday/Wednesday
• 7AM-5PM AND Monday/Tuesday
