Have strong rail and port contacts? We're hiring a Drayage Dispatcher who knows how to move freight and make things happen. About us. We are a well-established trucking company specializing in reliable drayage and intermodal transportation. With a focus on efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction, we're expanding our dispatch team — and looking for professionals ready to grow with us. What You'll Do Manage daily dispatch operations Schedule drivers, coordinate container pickups and deliveries Communicate with customers, carriers, and port terminals Leverage your industry network to source freight Quote loads using knowledge of intermodal pricing What You Bring 2+ years of dispatch experience Strong network of freight brokers, rail contacts, and carriers Understanding of intermodal pricing and quoting Proficiency with TMS systems, port websites, and Microsoft Office Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to handle a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment What We Offer Full-time, in-office role in Glendale Heights, IL Health, dental, and vision insurance Employee wellness program Paid vacation & personal time off A growing, supportive team and room for advancement Ready to take the next step? - or contact us directly at edytaol@dispatch2.com for a confidential conversation.
