Services is a growing, asset-based trucking company based in the Chicago area. We are currently seeking a reliable Afterhours Truck Dispatcher to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with dispatching experience who is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Monitor shipments and resolve issues in real time Plan routes and ensure efficient utilization of trucks Maintain consistent communication with drivers and brokers Coordinate and dispatch drivers for pickups and deliveries Ensure on-time performance and high service standards
Requirements:
Dry van dispatching experience is highly preferred Strong communication skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Detail-oriented and organized Bilingual in English and Ukrainian Experience working with load boards such as DAT or Truckstop is a plus Consolidation experience is a plus
