• 21 per hour Position Overview We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to help keep our evening terminal operations running smoothly.

In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring freight moves safely, efficiently, and on schedule while supporting drivers, customers, and terminal teams. What You'll Do

• Serve as a central point of communication between drivers, terminal operations, and our customers.
• Coordinate daily dedicated routes, pickups, and deliveries to support on-time service.
• Track route progress and delivery performance, proactively addressing issues as they arise.
• Prepare accurate reports on delivery timing, route performance, and operational metrics.
• Ensure drivers are logged in, properly assigned, and operating the correct equipment.
• Maintain detailed records of shipments, routes, and driver activity.
• Troubleshoot real-time operational challenges with urgency and attention to detail.
• Support continuous improvement efforts focused on routing efficiency and terminal flow.
• Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
• Work collaboratively with leadership and team members to maintain customer service expectations. What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in dispatch, transportation, or logistics coordination.
• Working knowledge of routing, dispatch, or transportation management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with drivers, internal teams, and customers.
• Proven problem-solving skills and confidence making decisions in real time.
• Reliable, accountable, and consistent in performance and attendance.
