$20- 21 per hour Position Overview We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to help keep our evening terminal operations running smoothly.
- Serve as a central point of communication between drivers, terminal operations, and our customers.
- Coordinate daily dedicated routes, pickups, and deliveries to support on-time service.
- Track route progress and delivery performance, proactively addressing issues as they arise.
- Prepare accurate reports on delivery timing, route performance, and operational metrics.
- Ensure drivers are logged in, properly assigned, and operating the correct equipment.
- Maintain detailed records of shipments, routes, and driver activity.
- Troubleshoot real-time operational challenges with urgency and attention to detail.
- Support continuous improvement efforts focused on routing efficiency and terminal flow.
- Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
- Work collaboratively with leadership and team members to maintain customer service expectations. What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in dispatch, transportation, or logistics coordination.
- Working knowledge of routing, dispatch, or transportation management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with drivers, internal teams, and customers.
- Proven problem-solving skills and confidence making decisions in real time.
- Reliable, accountable, and consistent in performance and attendance.

Pay:
