$18.35 to $27.53 per hour, plus bonus opportunity As a Dispatch Coordinator, you will assist in the planning and execution of business assets, partners with internal and external customers to provide a level of customer service that fosters both internal and external customer growth and retention.WHAT YOU'LL DO
+ Meet company mission and strategic goals + Take ownership through coordination, and implementation of freight movement between distribution centers + Ensure Quality and Safety in the respective work area + Compile data and reports to deliver solutions for change + Assume Driver Supervisor Responsibilities in their absence + Assist with driver payroll tasks and expense + Collaborate with both external internal partners to address concerns + Work to improve productivity and reduce cycle time of processesYOU MUST HAVE
+ High school diploma, General Equivalency Degree + Computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office programs + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Skills to be successful in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines + Willingness to work as a teamYOU MAY ALSO HAVE
+ College degree + Administrative / clerical experience preferred + Working knowledge of Department of Transportation ( DOT ) rules and regulations + Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills + Strong organizational and leadership skillsROLE SPECIFICS
+Schedule:
Full-Time- Sunday
- Wednesday Nights
- 6:30 pm
- 5:00 am + Training period schedule will consist of varying hours, primarily Monday
- Friday; 8:00 am
- 5:00 pm with timeline dependent on job duty proficiency
